Every SmarterTools Reseller is given a “discount level” which they may apply to their personal
license purchases. In addition to the software discount, each reseller is also posted on our
Web site under the Partners section. In this area, customers can search Reseller listings and
select a Reseller of their choice.
Resellers enjoy no annual fees and are subject to just a few simple guidelines. For example,
when pricing licenses for resale, Resellers must adhere to the stated minimum and maximum price
ranges set forth in their contracts. Also, all Resellers are expected to achieve their quarterly
volume commitments and generate promotional materials including press releases. Finally, all
Resellers must display the SmarterTools logo and/or product logos on their respective company Web
sites.
